• Zoning ordinance

  The set of laws and regulations that controls the use of land and the construction of improvements in a particular region or zone, refers to the "Zoning ordinance".

• Zoning

  This refers to the division of a city or town into zones. The application of regulations has to do with the architectural design and structural and intended uses of buildings within such zones.

• Zero Percent Financing

  This is loan with no interest in the contract. Here the IRS imputes 10 percent for both borrower and lender.
